Employment: President, Soar with Eagles, marketing, branding, and communication company work with business leaders, candidates, and growing companies who want to brand themselves as experts in their field and build a speaking and consulting business.
Family: Husband Tom Smith; daughter Darcie and husband Kyle Tabacco, and their son, Robert Copeland; three ridiculously spoiled fur children, Chloe, Jazmin, and Midgieboy.

Community Involvement: Leadership roles include Benton County Republican Women, Cancer Challenge, Toastmasters International, NWA Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, National Speakers Association – Oklahoma Chapter, Oakdale Junior High Band Boosters. Other extensive community service roles include SCORE (Counselors to America’s Small Business), Single Parent Scholarship Fund, Creative Referral Network/Rogers Friday Coffee, Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce, Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, Northwest Arkansas Children’s Museum Marketing Committee, NOARK Diversity Committee, The Joseph Project, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), and the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the American Red Cross.
